7 Rules of Life that could change your September

I've no idea who wrote the following '7 Rules of Life' but there is more than a grain of truth in them.

  1. Make peace with your past so it doesn't interfere with your present.
  2. Don't concern yourself with what others think of you.
  3. Time heals almost everything so just give it time.
  4. Don't compare your life to others and don't judge them. You have no idea what their life's journey is about.
  5. Stop worrying so much. It's okay not to always know the answers, they will come to you when you least expect it.
  6. No-one is in charge of your happiness except you.
  7. Take a deep breath and smile. Not all the problems in the world are yours.

Although they may seem a little corny I believe it's well worth giving them a go. If September is looking a little bleak why not try living by these 'rules' for the next 30 days and see how your life and general happiness improve. They work for many people and I hope they'll work for you too.
